  • Question: I have not received my refund. What can I do?
    Answer: The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. For instance, if credit card/debit card is used to make payment, the refund will be processed to the same card with which the payment was made. Generally, the refund will be received in 3-20 business days. Please click the right Payment/Refund method for detail information about the refund.
  • Question: I have not received goods. What can I do?
    Answer: According to our past experience, the majority of the packages will be delivered within the time frame promised by the seller. If your package does not arrive by the promised time (PST), please open dispute and we will assist then. We appreciate your patience.
  • Question: How to open dispute?
    Answer: You can choose between two options for the dispute: Return Goods – this means that you want to return the item and apply for a full refund. Refund Only – this means that either you did not receive the item and you’re applying for a full refund or you did receive the item and you want a partial refund (without having to send the item back).
  • Question: How to cancel my order?
    Answer: Before payment: you can cancel order directly by clicking the button [Cancel Order]; When your order status is "The seller has shipped your order": You cannot cancel your order after it is shipped. However, You can reject/return the goods after it is delivered to you). When your order status is "Awaiting Shipment”: You can cancel your order with the seller's approval. Please click the button [Cancel Order] on order detail page, select a reason for cancellation, then [Submit] the request. Please contact the seller for their approval to speed up the process.
  • Question: My order was closed. What can I do?
    Answer: If you find your order has been closed after payment, it is most likely caused by the following reasons: 1. Seller send goods timeout: The seller failed to ship your order within processing time. Please refer to the countdown on your order detail page for processing time. Refund: you will receive refund within 20 working days For more details about refund, please refer to: Refund Policy 2. Order cancellation You can submit order cancellation request to BroadPosta before the seller ships your order, if the seller does not respond in 72 hours, the order will be automatically closed. Refund will be sent to your account within 20 work days. If your package is already sent out, please contact us immediately.
  • Question: How do I return goods?
    Answer: A, How to return goods in dispute? B, How to return goods without dispute? C, When will I get the refund after goods is returned? A) How to return goods in dispute? If you have opened dispute, and it is waiting for you to return goods, please return goods in 10 days (Wait period is dependent on different countries) Step 1: Please pack the goods with original package to make sure that it won’t be damaged in transit; Step 2: Check the return address on Dispute Detail page; Step 3: Mail the goods with a traceable logistics; Step 4: Submit tracking number and logistics information in the system. B) How to return goods without dispute? If you cannot open dispute and would like to return goods back for refund/resend/repair (opening dispute is recommended) Step 1: Please contact seller to reach an agreement, and get the return address from seller; Step 2: pack the goods with original package to make sure that it won’t be damaged in transit; Step 3: Mail the goods with a traceable logistics; Step 4: Send tracking number and logistics information to seller for tracking. C) When will I get the refund after goods is returned? With dispute: Seller will confirm receipt in 30 days after tracking information is submitted in system, then refund will be returned to your account (in 3-20 working days). If goods is not delivered to seller, BroadPosta dispute team will step in again, so please pay attention to the update of return process. Without dispute: BroadPosta will keep in touch with seller, provide your account and suggest seller to issue the refund to you after goods is delivered.   • Question: When will I get my refund?
    Answer: Note that the fund is guaranteed because BroadPosta knows how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly. Usually, it takes 3-20 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by all parties involved.
  • Question: I cannot find order in my account.
    Answer: This often happens to people with multiple accounts. Please try all your accounts and search order in account / order / view all. Still cannot find it? Try below steps: Click here to locate right account with your order. You will get login ID and email address information. Please sign in that suggested account. If you forget the password. Please reset password via "forgot password". If the email is invalid, it means the submitted email is not registered. Kindly correct email error or register a new one. please go back to order page.   • Question: How do I extend Processing Time of an order?
    Answer: If order status is "Awaiting Shipment", it means seller is preparing the goods for you. Goods will be shipping out before the deadline. If you want to extend an order’s Processing Time, please follow the steps below: Step 1: Sign into My Oders and find your order Step 2: Click Extend Processing Time
  • Question: What's the dispute process after I have opened a dispute?
    Answer: After you've opened a dispute, the seller will be notified and need to reply to your request in 5 days. Please wait for updated information of the dispute.
  • Question: How to solve payment issues?
    Answer: If you could not pay for your order through card, please Check My Appeal: 1. When there is appeal pending on the page, you need to submit with required documents first; 2. In case, you have already appealed online, kindly wait for 1 business day; 3. Change the payment methods or ensure your card is valid and with sufficient funds. go back to order page.   • Question: How do I change size, shipping address etc. of my order?"
    Answer: After you place the order, the order details (like color, size, shipping address etc.) cannot be changed. If you placed order with wrong information, please contact us before the order is shipped out, BroadPosta will suggest seller to ship with correct information.
